  • 1. Cancellation 30 Days Before Check-in: 80% of the advance will be refunded.
  • 2. Cancellation 15 Days Before Check-in: 50% of the advance will be refunded.
  • 3. Cancellation Within 7 Days of Check-in: No refund will be provided.

3. No-Show Policy

If you do not show up on the scheduled check-in date without prior notice, no refund will be issued.

4. Early Departure

If you decide to check out before your scheduled departure date, no refund will be issued for the unused nights.

5. Special Circumstances

In the event of unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, government travel restrictions, or other emergencies, we may offer a full or partial refund at our discretion. Please contact us to discuss your situation.
